Compensation: Starting at $13/hour

Champions Landing is seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes that exceed our guests’ expectations. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to expedite orders during peak service hours.
• Monitor food levels and communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and replenishment.
• Uphold Champions Landing’s standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Remain knowledgeable about menu items to accommodate guest inquiries and dietary restrictions.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including health and safety standards.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by demonstrating professionalism and respect towards colleagues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant or food service establishment preferred.
• Communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
• Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests.
• Certification from a culinary school or relevant food safety training is a plus.
