Apella - An Ancient Spartan Assembly.
Emporia Main Street, Visit Emporia, and a committee of local community members have been working together to create a class reunion weekend for graduates of Emporia High to gather and reconnect. It is our hope that, Apella will provide you with an opportunity to visit you favorite Emporia locations, enjoy the community and gather with friends. As we move forward with this new tradition, Friday evening & Saturday activities will be geared to focus on community activities with Saturday night reserved for class parties and get togethers.
Friday, July 15th

Details will be released closer to the event weekend. Emporia has likely seen many changes since you graduated. Other things may be just as you left them. What better way to relive some of your favorite memories, and make new ones, than by hunting around town in search of Emporia’s hot spots? Emporia Main Street and Visit Emporia have come together to create this scavenger hunt designed to have you enjoying all that Emporia has to offer. Visit at least 10 locations to be entered into a drawing for great prizes from both Emporia Main Street and Visit Emporia. Enjoy hunting around your old stomping grounds!
