The Silent Auction will be ran strictly online. Bidding for these items will begin on Monday, February 17th on our Online Platform (link to be provided on the 17th). All silent auction items will be present the night of the auction and will be available for pick up then. If the winning bid is not present, the bidder will be invoiced the night of and payment must be completed. All items must be picked up at the Emporia Main Street office by Feb, 25th. Shipping will be at the cost of the buyer.
What is the Dessert Auction? This might be the sweetest part of the night. There will be 10-12 desserts available to purchase that night crafted from our local culinary experts! Winning bids will receive plates and serving utensils so you can enjoy during the show!
What to expect for the Live Auction? Some of our big ticket items will be on the live auction that night. If you would like to participate, you can get a number to bid with when you check in! All items must be collected and paid for that night.
The Menu. Dinner will start with a mixed greens salad with romaine, tomatoes, onions, croutons and a creamy ranch dressing. Followed by airline chicken parmesan with herb risotto and fresh green beans with garlic, tomato and basil. Guests are also able to enjoy the cash bar that is available.
Is there reserved seating? When making reservations online, you are able to request who you are seated with. When you purchase your ticket there will be an option to indicate the last name of others in your party (you can also email your request to Jess at [email protected] before February 17th ). This is for people in your group who are purchasing tickets separately. We do our best to sit you with who you request. Depending on the number in your party, you might share a table with others. Tables seat 8 people.
Where do proceeds from the evening go? The annual auction is Emporia Main Street's major fundraiser for the year. Proceeds will go to support our mission of brining economic vitality to the entire Emporia community and surrounding area.

$55 per person (plus ticketing fees).
$300 for a table of 6 (plus ticketing fees).
$400 for a table of 8 (plus ticketing fees).
