Unbound Gravel Finish Fest - Hosted by Emporia Main Street.

The Finish Fest will take place 10 am - midnight in downtown Emporia. The event is a great opportunity to grab a brew, enjoy a food truck(s), and cheer on the riders that cross the finish line! This year we have several businesses participating in our Common Consumption area, which means you can purchase a beer, cider, seltzer at one of the participating licensed bars and carry it outside to the event (must be 21 plus to drink -have that ID handy).

Vendor Information:

We are currently accepting vendors to this AWESOME event in downtown Emporia. In 2024, approximately 20,000 people attended the event. If you are a food vendor, we highly recommend bringing additional inventory. We also have some local grocery stores (that are close to the event) that you can connect with for purchasing additional products.

Because the race as grown substantially in the past few years, LifeTime and Unbound staff have made the decision to expand the finish line chute to curb to curb on Commercial Street. This decision was not made lightly, but after much discussion it was decided that this was best for rider and spectator safety (this was implemented in 2024). All all vendors will be placed behind the finish line chute in 2025 (in the 700/600 blocks of Commercial Street).

While we are still early in the planning stages for this event, we wanted to give our vendors the chance to get registered. The staff at Emporia Main Street is working with several partners on the event, and we will update this page as details are finalized.

-Booth spaces are 12 ft wide by 15 ft deep. Depth is measures from the curb to out into the street. If your area exceeds this, then you need to purchase multiple booths. For example, if your food truck is 15ft wide (even with the hitch) you need 2 spots.

-We do offer discounts with an Emporia Main Street Membership. Membership must be paid/up to date when you register. For more information on membership, click HERE. If you plan on attending more than one of our events, you might consider membership.

-Vendor placement will be determined by sign up date, electrical needs, and spacing.

-Please note that electricity is available on a first come, first serve basis. Electrical is for a basic plug in (single 110 GFI) – you can only plug in one item (not a power strip). If you need to plug in more than a Square or phone charger, please contact the Emporia Main Street office at 620-340-6430 to make additional arrangements.

-No loud generators or generators that produce fumes. We cannot stress this enough. Loud generators can ruin the event for neighboring vendors and attendees.

-We are still finalizing timelines with Unbound staff. This year we are looking into a Friday evening set up time. If we can move forward with this plan, the area will be monitored by security. If we are unable to offer a Friday night set up, set up will be very early on Saturday morning.

-All items at your booth must be family friendly- no weapons or products that would be deemed culturally insensitive.

-Vendors may not sell any type of alcohol or CBD

-Each vendor is responsible for all their own display tables, racks, etc.

-We DO ALLOW multiple Direct Sales vendors.

-The only vehicles allowed on the street once the event begins are food trucks. If you have a trailer attached to a vehicle, the vehicle must be parked off Commercial Street.

-Fence panels CANNOT be moved until the conclusion of the event.

-Any Vendors with Jump/Bouncy Houses must provide a liability waiver and list Emporia Main Street and the City of Emporia as additional insured.

-Unbound Gravel provides riders with food tokens. All vendors must accept the tokens. Vendors will be reimbursed by Emporia Main Street at the end of the event (instructions will be provided).

-All Vendors must report sales to the State of Kansas. Additional information will be sent out on reporting sales and sales tax information.

-NO REFUNDS for cancellations. The event is rain or shine.
