Glass Blown Open Players Party & Food Truck Festival

The Glass Blown Open Players Party and Food Truck Festival is the perfect opportunity to showcase your products and connect with an enthusiastic crowd of disc golf players, fans, and community members. Held in the heart of downtown Emporia on Saturday, April 26th, from 6 PM to 10 PM, this high-energy event attracts hundreds of attendees eager to explore unique offerings, grab delicious bites, and enjoy the vibrant festival atmosphere.

• All vendors will be placed in the 600/700 block of Commercial Street. 
• Set up can be anytime after 4:00 p.m. and must be completed by 5:45 p.m. The event begins at 6 p.m.
• Vendor Spaces are 15 ft deep and 12 ft wide. Depth is from the curb out into the street. If your footprint is more than 12 ft wide, you need to purchase multiple spots!
• Vendors spaces are discounted for Emporia Main Street members. To be eligible for this discount, you must have a current Main Street Membership when registering for the event. If you are interested in joining, please click HERE.
• There will be NO cars allowed on the street till the event is over at 10:00p.m
• All items at your booth must be family friendly- no weapons or products that would be deemed culturally insensitive.
• Vendors may not sell any type of alcohol (there is one designated alcohol vendor for the event).
• Each vendor is responsible for all their own display tables, racks, etc.
• We DO ALLOW multiple Direct Sales vendors.
• No refunds on cancellations.
• NO loud generators - if your generator makes excessive noise or releases heavy fumes, you will be asked to leave the event. Loud and smelly generators can ruin an event for fellow vendors and attendees. 
• The only vehicles allowed on the street once the block party begins are food trucks.
• If you have a trailer attached to a vehicle, the vehicle must be parked off of Commercial Street.
• Parts of the event will be fenced in due to the beer garden and crowd control - all fencing must remain secure. 
• All Vendors will be subject to report sales to the State of Kansas.

If you are a disc golf vendor or have disc golf related merchandise, you will need to contact Jackie at Dynamic Discs ([email protected]). Emporia Main Street will not process any disc golf vendor applications.
