Join Hispanics of Today & Tomorrow (H.O.T.T) to celebrate Cinco de Mayo! There will be food, music, beer garden, and fun for the whole family! This year's celebration will take place in the 600 and 700 blocks of Commercial Street starting at 11 am.

Vendors Can now register for the event by filling out the form below or stopping by Emporia Main Street (727 Commercial Street) and completing a paper application!

General Vendor Guidelines

NO Refunds on Vendor Cancelations.

  1. All vendors may set up their booths starting at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 6, 2023. All booths must be functional and ready to go by 11:00 a.m. Vendors will not be allowed to load or unload after 11:00 a.m. as it will conflict with traffic. All vendor vehicles must be off the street by 10:45 am. The only vehicles allowed on the streets are food trucks. You must unhook your vehicle from your food truck. 
  2. Vehicles are not allowed on the street until 6 pm at the conclusion of the event. 
  3. There is a designated alcohol vendor for the event. Vendors are not allowed to sell alcohol of any type. 
  4. Due to alcohol being served at the event, there will be a fence around the perimeter of the event. Vendors are not allowed to move fence panels or climb over them.
  5. All items sold by vendors must be family friendly and not be discriminatory in any
  6. Each booth space is either 20x15 (food) or 10x10 (non-food). For additional space, vendors will need to reserve additional booth spaces with cost.
  7. Vendors are responsible for bringing extension cords.
  8. All booths are required to supply their own equipment (tent, tarp, tables, etc). If you are putting up a tent, please bring something to weigh your tent down. It can be windy.
  9. All booths are required to provide sufficient signs for their booth space. If a vendor is selling items, we need to be able to see the list of what they are selling and their corresponding prices clearly and easily.
  10. All vendor sales are restricted to their assigned booth space. There is no vending outside of your assigned booth space.

Cláusula General de Reglas
1. Todos los vendedores pueden instalar sus puestos a partir de las 8:00 a.m. el Sábado 6 de Mayo del 2023. Todos los puestos deben estar listos para funcionar antes de las 11:00 a.m. Los vendedores no podrán cargar o descargar después de las 11:00 a.m. porque entrara en conflicto con el tráfico. Todos los vehículos de los vendedores deben estar fuera de la calle principal antes de las 10:45 a.m. Los únicos vehículos que tienen permiso de estar en la calle son las furgonetas. Tu vehículo debe estar desenganchado de la furgoneta.

2. Se prohíbe la entrada de vehículos en la calle principal hasta el final del evento a las 6 pm.

3. El vendedor de bebidas alcohólicas para el evento está designado. Se prohíbe las ventas de cualquier tipo de alcohol en otros puestos de venta.
4. Se pondrá una cerca alrededor del perímetro del evento, debido a que las bebidas alcohólicas serán servidas en el evento. Se prohíbe mover o escalar los paneles de la cerca.
5. Todos los artículos vendidos por los vendedores deben ser apropiados para todas las edades y no ser discriminatorios.
6. Cada espacio de los puestos son de 20x15 (comida) o 10x10 (no comida). Para espacio adicional, los vendedores deberán reservar su espacio con costo extra.
7. Los vendedores son responsables de traer cables de extensión.
8. Se requiere que todos los puestos traigan su propio equipo (carpa, lona, mesas, etc.) Si va utilizar una carpa de campaña, por favor lleve algo para poder sujetar contra el viento.
9. Se requiere que todos los puestos tengan suficientes anuncios para el espacio de su puesto. Si un vendedor está vendiendo artículos, necesitamos saber lo que están vendiendo y sus precios correspondientes de manera clara y fácil.
10. Se prohíbe vender en el área fuera del puesto asignado al vendedor.
11. No se debe de vender cordón de aerosol (silly string)-según la ordenanza de la ciudad.

    By submitting this form hereinafter I will be referred to as the “Vendor”, have fully read all the guidelines (Found on website) outlined within this contract and that I fully understand said guidelines. I will follow and uphold them to their fullest extent so that the outcome of this event is nothing but a complete success. Furthermore, I understand that if my booth is found to be in violation of any portion of this contract, my contract may be nullified, I may be asked to pack my things and leave immediately and it may jeopardize any future vendor application submissions for all future HOTT events. With that said, I hereby sign everything stated within this contract. Hispanics of Today and Tomorrow are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS/Al enviar este formulario en lo sucesivo, se me denominará el "Proveedor", habré leído completamente todas las pautas descritas en este contrato y que comprendo completamente dichas pautas. Yo seguiré y sostendré ellos en toda su extensión para que el resultado de este evento no sea más que un éxito total. Además, entiendo que si se determina que mi stand infringe cualquier parte de este contrato, mi contrato puede ser anulado, se me puede pedir que Empacar mis cosas y salir de inmediato y puede poner en peligro cualquier envío de solicitud de proveedor futuro para todos los futuros eventos HOTT. Dicho esto, por la presente firmo todo lo que se indica en este contrato. Los hispanos de hoy y de mañana NO SON RESPONSABLES DE NINGÚN ACCIDENTE
