Welcome back ESU and FHTC students! Join us for a fun night out on Monday, August 22 from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm in downtown Emporia! There will be music, prizes and information on student organizations and local businesses and groups!

This year we are trying something new to help showcase our different businesses and organizations. Each participating Emporia Main Street Member will be featured on a passport. Passport stops will be at business locations and in the 900 & 800 Blocks of Commercial Street.

Pick up your passports on the corner of 12th & Commercial Street and at the Emporia Main Street tent in the 800 Block of Commercial Street.

Event goers need to travel from place to place to get their passport signed. At the end of the event, passports can be turned in at the Emporia Main Street tent.

Each participating member will be donating a door prize ( at least $20 in value) to be raffled off through the completed passports. We will draw for prizes the following day via a Facebook Live video. Winners will need to pick up their prize at the designated location.

Booth Registration

Emporia Main Street member businesses can sign up to showcase their businesses to the community, including ESU and FHTC Students and Faculty. Business and organization participation is a FREE benefit of Main Street membership, however, we do ask that participants contribute a door prize valued at least $25 (this does not apply to student organizations). Businesses can keep their door prize at their location for the winner to pick up between August 23 - 30th. If you would like to drop your prize off at Emporia Main Street for pick up, please call the office to make arrangements.

Members are welcome to stay onsite at their businesses to sign passports or set up a booth in the 800/900 blocks of Commercial.

If you are a member of Emporia Main Street or a student organization at FHTC or ESU and would like to participate in the event,  you can submit your registration electronically by filling out the online form below.

If you plan to set up on Commercial Street, please note that you need to bring your own tables and chairs.

Online Registration has closed. Please contact the office at 620-340-6430.
